Description	Publication from the Ethiopia Government Information Department, posted by registered mail in Addis Ababa to England. On the reverse, a 27 FE 50 AA transit mark and Woodford Green rec'd. Several pages of the newspaper appear to have been removed, not affecting the exterior appearance of this item. Somewhat roughly opened and some damage to the stamps (not particularly distracting), but an attractive item and a scarce usage. Est $50
