Orders
You may order by mail, by email or by using the PayPal Shopping Cart. To order, please send us:
· the Item number
· price
· a brief description of the Item (e.g., Malta #253 MNH or Ethiopia, 1911 registered cover).
Receipt of orders over the Internet will be acknowledged by email. Include your name and the address to which the order is to be shipped. A street address is required for bulky items, which
will be sent by UPS.
Payment Options
You may pay by personal check, bank draft in US dollars, or you may make a credit card
purchase using
PayPal. Personal checks must clear before the items purchased are sent.

Credit card purchases may also be made using
PayPal. PayPal is a secure method of payment that is very easy to use. You may use
any major credit card with PayPal and pay in any major
currency. Simply click on “Add To Cart” to use the PayPal shopping cart. Just follow the instructions when you click on “Check Out”. You’ll be asked to set up a PayPal account, which is very easy to do and will cost you nothing. To do this, you will need your credit card number, expiration date, credit card billing address and shipping address to set up a PayPal account. |

Then mail your payment to 20th Century Classics, PO Box 7536,
Colorado Springs, CO 80933, USA. Please do not send cash through the

Installment payments may be arranged for larger purchases. Terms are usually rather flexible. Email us
(20thonline@adelphia.net) or telephone us (719-598-7307) if you wish to discuss this option.
Postage & Handling
A Postage & Handling charge of $3 is added to each order. This is the maximum charge for any order within the US, except for bulky or heavy items. US orders will be sent by First Class mail unless you are otherwise advised. Likely exceptions include unusually bulky or heavy items, such as stamp collections, for which there may be additional shipping charges and which may be sent by UPS. Items in our inventory which will be shipped by UPS or which will involve shipping costs over and above the $3 standard fee are so noted in the inventory descriptions.
There may be additional charges for shipments to foreign countries. You will be advised of these costs prior to shipment.
Postage & Handling fees, regardless of the amount, are not refundable.
Insurance
Orders are sent at the buyer’s risk, unless you advise us prior to shipment that you wish to pay for insurance, currently $3.20 for $100 coverage.
Orders to addresses outside of the US will be sent by registered mail, which generally provides insurance coverage up to about $40, or by insured air parcel post, which provides insurance coverage to $5000. We will select the method of shipping and the insurance coverage and advise you of the costs prior to shipment. On occasion, other shipping methods, such as Global Express Mail, may be preferred.
Returns & Refunds
Any item found to be “not as described” may be returned for credit or a prompt refund, at your option. Refunds on credit card charges will be for the dollar amount of the item returned and will not include any fees charged by the credit card service, such as currency exchange fees. Refunds paid by check will be in US dollars, drawn on a US
bank. Postage & Handling charges are not refundable.
